It must feel like such an honor that you're able to go see these incredible pieces of ancient history. I have loved Ancient Egyptian history since i was a little girl. Whenever an Ancient Egypt exhibit came to the Museum of Natural History in Denver, CO I'd get so excited and go so many times. I remember when the King Ramses exhibit came and i was in awe! Even as a little kid I wished desperately that I could "go back" and felt so... depressed (? Empty? Alone?) that I couldn't and never will be able to see Ancient Egypt in all her glory. That thought has LITERALLY ALWAYS depressed the hell out of me. Weird, I know, I don't get it. 🤷‍♀️ I loved this video though, his passion is great.😊

I do not need religion in my life but i would not say to a church goer, aliens built all the early ones as it is linked to peoples beliefs of that time. Dr Hawas is trying to protect his countries history, the right or wrong way & i for one dislike outsiders trying to lecture my country on how/why Stonehenge was built or any of the conspiracy theories out there. I am halfway through and MUST go back to the beginning. Soooo interesting...I recently did a DNA test and found out that I have an Egyptian bloodline...I really must find out who I am....I am a USA Westerner and some inner need is telling me to find more information. So many unanswered questions. I want to know more about my ancestors.

I love watching these documentaries and I even watch them again and again, over time, because each time I learn something I missed before or I just better understand the Egyptian way of life back then. I wish so much I could have a dream where I go back in time and actually live in this ancient Egypt. 😁 I have something nagging at me that I have always wanted to know more about and I wish that someone would spend time making a video about the ancient Egyptian wigs, the wig making, the wig makers. I always wonder what kicked off the idea of wearing a wig that turned into 1,000’s of years of wearing beautiful EGYPTIAN WIGS. I know it had something to do with lice, most likely, but,….I would love to know how they made these fabulous wigs. 😊 Also,…when did the Egyptian women stop bearing their breasts? Just curious 🧐. Curtis,…your videos are SO FABULOUSLY FANTASTIC!!❤❤❤ I have learned more from YOU than in all these 15 years of being ancient Egypt crazy!!!🫨🫨🫨🤗🤗

I have to wonder whom told them that breeding with your own family was smart or healthy at all with many other allegiances with other countries they couldn't have found a partner instead of doing this which would result in a damaged child or one that wouldn't live. I guess no one told them not to I suppose. I can't imagine the suffering of those children had even in the start or even after if they had lived would have died afterwards or suffered from immense health issues because of it. I wish they hadn't and had normal relationship with a non relative could have had living children who would have been successful in life and had children of their own.
